TOPSTREAM™ MPEG-4

IP of super-low power consumption which can respond to various compression extension systems or color conversion is needed for the recording and playback of a video image on mobile computing devices. TOPSTREAM ™ MPEG-4 is a heterogeneous multi-core processor IP provides the ability to image compression and decompression of 3GOPS processing with low power consumption of less than 80mW(in the case of 0.18um technology).
