1. Background

 

TOPS Systems supports functional verification of a customer's system LSI based on experience of much microprocessor HW/SW cooperational function verification.

 

Our company provides consulting service as a QVP partner of Mentor Graphics Corp.

 

In particular, We think as on-site verification activities, it is important for the following two points.

 

  1. Extraction of validation items without leaving a bug
  2. Establishment of a verification TAT that suits business scene

 

2.The contents of the validation service

 ■Verification strategy

  • Gather information that defines the space used for verification
  • Validation strategy suitable for the verification space

 

 ■Extraction of validation items

  • The definition of item validation by checklist type approach
  • Define the item type validation of the use case approach

 

 ■Construction of the verification environment

  • Creation and validation of models for various verification
  • Create and Validate VIP(IP verification)

  • Automatic check of the expected value
